Youth & Women Empowerment

Legacy CBO’s Youth & Women Empowerment Program is designed to strengthen economic independence and self-reliance. We focus on practical skills development and enterprise support that help youth and women create sustainable livelihoods and improve household stability.

We believe empowerment is not only about skills—but also about confidence, opportunity, and access to supportive systems.


What We Do

This program supports youth and women through:

  • Vocational & Skills Training
    Including areas such as cosmetology, fashion and design, ICT, catering, pastry and baking, plumbing, masonry, automobile and electronic engineering.

  • Income-Generating Activities (IGAs)
    Supporting practical livelihood initiatives that respond to local market opportunities.

  • Business Startup & Incubation Support
    Guiding participants through the basics of starting, managing, and growing small enterprises.
